As further proof that Bioidentical Hormones are growing in popularity for menopausal women, a very large drug company, who’s one-size-fits-no one menopausal prescription has lost market share due to concerns over their drugs side effects coupled with the growing popularity of BHRT, is insinuating that women are being hoodwinked by BHRT. It’s classic bullying. BHRT is a threat to BIG Pharma because more and more women are digging the individual doses, results and attention.
At this point in time, Big Pharma can’t compete. BHRT is a plant based drug and cannot be patent. No patent means no one can own the process or the formula. So profit simply doesn’t figure into this picture. With no profit model, drug companies aren’t interested. But they don’t want you to be interested or able to buy into BHRT either because they want you to be a customer of their patent drugs.
Big Pharma is also waving the ‘not safe’ flag implying somehow that you, YOU are foolish to take something that hasn’t been churned out by a BIG multi-national.
Consider this. To get on BHRT, you must get a doctors prescription, have your hormone levels tested, then have your formula made by a professional, accredited compounding pharmacy based on your levels. You are then monitored by your health professionals.
Do you hear alarm bells….I don’t hear alarm bells.
Man this kind of crap burns my ass. So with that sentiment in mind, here’s a news story to help fill in the names. Popular Menopause Treatment Comes Under Fire From Drug Company
