Despite the impression that menopause is a destination, it’s mostly a learning process. If you think of it as a rich educational opportunity that will reveal much wisdom and joy, plus the chance to laugh your ass off, the experience of menopause takes on a whole new light.
Your thoughts of menopause will serve to be your experience.

Hello,
I look at this website often and it never occurred to me that i have a solution to a better night sleep. I do use cool pajamas, but also the use of the chilipad is wonderful. Its the only thing that has kept me feeling cool throughout the whole night feel like fresh covers the whole night. Now they do cost, not cheap but for me and my husband it was well worth it, because we cant agree on the temperature we sleep at night. The website is www.mychilipad.com. Its worth the looks for most people with night sweats.

They tell you that hot sweats are normal but mmmm- they didn’t mention needing showers in the middle of the night, being able to wring your hair out as well as the sheets……, waking up soaked through next to a grumpy partner who didn’t realize “for better or worse” meant sleeping in their own personal spa, provided by their loving other half!
